The following is a list of insurances accepted by Texas Healthcare Pain Management.  However, all doctors may not be participating or open to new patients on all plans.  Please call the specific location you are interested in or check with your insurance carrier to get further information on a particular doctor's participating status.

Please be prepared to present your health insurance card at every visit, as required by the insurance carriers.  Co-payments are due at the time of service.
